Walgreens and CVS orders

• Orders received before 5pm Eastern Time will be transmitted to the store the same day.
• Please allow us 1-2 hours to transmit the order to the store. You will receive an email from us when we have transmitted your order to the store.
• It usually takes the store about an hour from the time they receive your order to print your order in the photo lab. It may take longer if the store has a high volume of orders
• Orders received after 5pm ET will be transmitted to the store the next day by noon.
• Your order may be delayed if you requested adjustments.

Mail Delivery orders

• ship within 24-48 hours. Your order may be delayed if you have requested adjustments.
• Standard Delivery orders are delivered within 7 days of receiving your paid order
• Rush Delivery orders are delivered within 3 business days of receiving your paid order
• International delivery orders are generally delivered within 10 days of receiving your paid order. There may be additional delays due to customs. If you are outside of the USA we recommend you order at least a month prior to the date you plan to pass out your invitations.

Alpharetta, GA office pickup orders

• are available for pickup the next business day by noon.
• We are located at 42 Milton Ave, Alpharetta, GA 30009.
• Office Hours: Monday through Friday 10am-2pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.

• Your file will be available for download immediately after checkout.
• Login to your account to download your file.
• If you requested changes, we will email you an updated file.
