Terms and Conditions


These Terms and Conditions for Provisions of Products and Services (the "Terms") govern the provision of any product or service from Personalized Party Invites.

Personalized Party Invites is committed to providing you with high quality invitations at affordable prices. Our website is template based and allows you to enter your desired wording and photos. You are provided with an instant proof of your order prior to paying.

Please read the following terms and conditions of using our site below.



- After entering in your desired wording, uploading photos (if applicable) and selecting colors (if applicable), you are provided an instant preview of your order.

- The preview image will serve as the proof for your order.

- You will not receive an addtional proof unless you request changes in the "Adjustment Requests" field when placing your order.

- If you request changes to your order, you will be email an updated proof for you to approve prior to printing.

- No changes will be made if you do not leave any requests in the "Adjustment Requests" field.


Additional Customizations


Customizations that we will do upon request at no extra charge:

- Adjusting Photo Cropping

- Enlarging or Reducing Text Size

If you would like us to make adjustments to your design, please select the "Review my design & adjust text/photos" option when you place the order. A design specialist will review your design and make adjustments as needed. A updated proof will be emailed to you to approve prior to printing.


Misspelled Words / Incorrect information on invitation

Our website allows you, the customer, to enter the wording of your choice. It is important that you double check your spelling and be sure to include all of the important party information before proceeding with your order. We try to catch mispellings before your order is printed, however, we are ultimately not responsible for incorrect spelling and/or incorrect party details

- If you have placed your order and need to make a change, please contact our customer service department IMMEDIATELY. You can do this via live help chat, email at orders@personalizedpartyinvites.com or by phone at 800-506-7989 (10a-5p ET Mon-Fri)

- If your order has not been printed we will correct the error prior to printing. If your order has been printed, the order can be corrected and reprinted for an additional fee. 


We understand that special circumstances, such as a venue or date change, may occur. If you are faced with these special circumstances, please consider one of the following options.

- If your order is in the printing, shipping or delivery stages, you must reorder the items in order to amend the error. 

- If you request changes when the order is in the printing, shipping or delivery stages, you will have to place a reorder to make any revisions. 

Refunds & Reprints


We will make every effort to process your order efficiently. However, in the event that:

- Your order arrives 30 days late due to an error on our end or by one of our couriers, we will refund the entire cost of your order, including shipping.

- Your package was shipped incorrectly and will miss the latest delivery date listed on your confirmation page, we will upgrade to method higher level of shipping at no cost to you, or refund your shipping costs.

- You selected rush shipping but your package was shipped using standard shipping, we will refund your extra fees and the difference in shipping costs.

-If there is a problem caused by our company that we are unable to remedy by reprinting the order.

- You choose to proceed with a photo that our specialists have recommended against and you are unhappy with the final product, we will not offer a refund.

- JPEG files are non-refundable

Note: Applicable fees are defined as shipping, customization, cancellation and rush fees if they apply, upon receiving your entire returned order.

- You choose to proceed with a photo that our specialists have recommended against and you are unhappy with the final product, we will not offer a refund.


- If you entered incorrect information on your invitation and it has already been printed or shipped, we can reprint the order for a fee. Please contact us if your order needs to be reprinted. 

- We will reprint the order at no extra charge to you if there is a problem with the invitation that is caused by our company.



A $5 cancellation fee applies when you request we cancel your order:

- Orders that have been printed, shipped or transmitted to a Walmart, Walgreens or CVS cannot be canceled.

- JPEG file orders cannot be canceled.


Materials Submitted by Customer

Any materials submitted by you, including (without limitation) photographs, images, text, graphics and other materials (collectively, "User Submitted Materials") are subject to the following terms and conditions:

- You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise possess all necessary rights with respect to the User Submitted Materials, and that the User Submitted Materials do not and will not infringe, misappropriate, use or disclose without authorization or otherwise violate any copyright, trade secret right or other intellectual property or property right of any third party, and that the User Submitted Materials are not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

- None of the User Submitted Materials will be subject to any obligation of confidentiality, attribution or otherwise on our part or on the part of any of our assignees, sublicensees or designees, and neither we nor our assignees, sublicensees or designees will be liable for any use or disclosure of any such User Submitted Materials.

- You agree that we may (but are not obligated to) filter any User Submitted Materials (including, without limitation, deleting or replacing expletives or other harmful or offensive language), alter or refuse to use any User Submitted Materials (including, without limitation, suspended processing and shipping of any order relating to any User Submitted Materials) and/or disclose any User Submitted Materials and the circumstances surrounding the use thereof, to any third party in order to provide the applicable products or services, to protect ourselves or our affiliates, distributors, partners, licensors or other third parties, to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests, or for any other reason or purpose.

- You agree to indemnify and hold Personalized Party Invites and its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, consultants, agents, representatives, affiliates, distributors, partners, licensees, producers, manufacturers and third party users harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, causes of action, damages, losses and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) that arise directly or indirectly out of or from: (i) your breach of these Terms, any other agreement or terms of use with Personalized Party Invites and any representation or warranty contained herein or therein; (ii) your User Submitted Materials; and/or (iii) your activities in connection with obtaining any products or services from Personalized Party Invites.
