Proxy server settings:

Some internet service providers place their customer's behind a proxy for faster web browsing. You may need to clear your proxy settings so you can have a direct connection to the internet.

How to enable cookies in your web browser:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+

  • - Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
  • - Click on the "Privacy" tab.
  • - Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".
  • - Click "OK".

Mozilla Firefox (Windows)

  • - Go to the "Tools" menu.
  • - Select "Options".
  • - Select the "Privacy" icon.
  • - Check the box corresponding to "Accept Cookies from Sites" and "Accept third party cookies".
  • Next to "Keep Until" select "they expire"
    
  • - Click "OK" to save changes.
