Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Large orders may be shipped through UPS. All orders ship from our Alpharetta, GA location.
Returns & Replacements
Because of the nature of our products, we only accept returns if there is an error on the order that was caused by Personalized Party Invites or one of its representatives. All returns must be pre-authorized.

Viewing Orders
You may login in to your account to view your order. Please note that if you requested changes to the design, an updated proof will be emailed to you but the website will always show the orginal version of your design.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information by logging into your account. Please note that the updates will not apply to any current orders that you may have. Please email us at help@personalizedpartyinvites.com if you need to update the address or any other info for a current order.
