Checkout Problems

If you are unable to proceed with the checkout, the problem is most likely due to a problem with the cookies in your web browser. Follow the steps below to clear the cookies in your browser.

NOTE- Following these steps will delete the invitation from your cart (if you are not registered and not logged in). We recommend that you create and account to save the invitation to your cart, or copy and paste the wording from your invitation into Notepad or another text editor so you will not have to type it again. Otherwise, you will have to start over.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7:

1. At the top of the browser window, Click "Tools"
2. Click "Delete Browsing History"
3. Click "Delete Cookies"
4. When prompted click "Yes"
5. Next, Click "Delete Files"
6. When prompted click "Yes"
7. Click the "Close" button
8. Restart your browser for the changes to take effect

If you are using Internet Explorer 8

1. At the top of the browser window,  Click "Tools"
2. Click "Internet Options"
3.  Under the General tab, look at where it says "Browsing History"
4.  Click the "Delete..." button
5. Put a check mark next to Temporary Internet Files and Cookies. Leave everything else unchecked.  
6. Click the "Delete" button
7. Click "Ok"
8. Restart your browser for the changes to take effect

If you are using Mozilla Firefox (3.5 / 3.6)

1. At the top of the browser window, Click on the Tools menu and select Clear Recent History....
2. Set Time range to clear to Everything.
3. Put a check mark next to Cookies and Cache; leave everything else unchecked
4. Click "Clear Now"
5. Restart your browser for the changes to take effect

If you are using Mozilla Firefox (3.0)

1. At the top of the browser window, Click on the Tools menu and select Clear Private Data....
2. Click to select Cookies and Cache. Leave everything else unchecked.
3. Click Clear Private Data Now to clear the cookies and close the Clear Private Data window.
4. Restart your browser for the changes to take effect.

If you are using Safari (Mac)

1. On the toolbar, click "Safari"
2. Click "Reset Safari"
3. Put a checkmark next to  "Empty Cache" and "Remove all Cookies"
4. Click the "Reset" button
5. Restart your browser for the changes to take effect
